Welcome to Heart Harmony ("the App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our application and services. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of the Service

Heart Harmony is a tool designed for couples to improve their relationship. You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• Account Registration: You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Partner Connection: The App's core functionality requires connecting with one partner. You agree not to misuse the invitation system.

3. User Content

You and your partner will submit content, including text, photos, videos, and voice notes ("User Content").

• Ownership: You retain ownership of your User Content.
• License to Us: By submitting User Content, you grant Heart Harmony a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, reproduce, and process this content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the service for you and your partner. This includes using the content to power our AI features that generate personalized prompts and relationship insights.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to submit any content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove content that violates these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the App are available only through a paid subscription.

• Billing: We use Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to handle all subscription payments. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• Free Tier: We offer a limited free tier (e.g., the first week of activities) for you to evaluate the service. To continue beyond this, a subscription is required.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Heart Harmony is provided "as is" and is intended as a tool to support, not replace, professional relationship counseling or therapy. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes for your relationship.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heart Harmony shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the app.

6. Termination

You can stop using our service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, without notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
